Lockridge Forest Lockridge Forest
Our Community

Lockridge Forest is a neighborhood of 450 houses but a community of friends and the most caring people who call this place "home". There are two separate associations that support our community through volunteer boards that strive to make our neighborhood inclusive, a better place to live, and increase our property values: The Civic Association and the Swim & Tennis Club.

Lockridge Forest Civic Association

Your Civic Association (LFCA) welcomes you to our community. We are not a Homeowners Association (HOA). We do not administer or enforce homeowner covenants

Membership in our Civic Association is voluntary, but when you join, your family membership allows the LFCA to provide the following services that benefit our community and lifestyle:

  • “New Neighbor” welcome package
  • Periodic newsletters regarding civic activities that could affect / impact our neighborhood
  • An avenue to county leaders to voice our collective concerns
  • Operation of our C.O.P.S program - Gwinnett County's Neighborhood Watch program is called C.O.P.S. (Community Oriented Police Service) and use of Block Captains
  • A yearly print version of the Lockridge Forest Directory for members
  • A Facebook page for Lockridge Forest residents to share information, ask questions, and stay informed of community activities
  • Monthly Senior Luncheons – all are invited
  • Parent / Child playtime (up to age 3)
  • Annual events such as block parties, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade, holiday celebrations; entrance banner for graduating student recognition, and other social events
  • Upkeep of neighborhood entrances – maintenance, landscaping, lighting, and signage

Please join the fun and become a member of your Lockridge Forest Civic Association.

Lockridge Forest Swim & Tennis Club

The Swim & Tennis Club (LFST) offers residents an opportunity to participate in social and recreational activities right here in the neighborhood with your neighbors and friends!

Swim & Tennis amenities include:

  • Separate gated wading pool with large shade umbrella for small children / babies -  also features picnic table seating with umbrellas
  • Four lighted tennis courts – ALTA, USTA and T2Tennis teams or just pick-up games
  • Large pavilion, fire-pit, grills, and children’s playground with forts & swing-sets
  • Fun social activities throughout the year: Wine Tasting, Cinco de Mayo, Kentucky Derby, Tennis Tournaments, July 4th Celebration, Barbecues, Outer Banks Fish Fry, Pig Roast, Kids Birthday Celebrations, Moonlight Swims, Halloween Parade & Dinner, Pub Crawl, Chili Cook-off, and other special events!
