Lockridge Forest Lockridge Forest
Our Community and LFCA
Lockridge Forest is a stable community of 400 homes and is located primarily within the city of Peachtree Corners and with a number of homes within the city of Dunwoody. The region is known for excellent public and private schools and offers a diversity of entertainment, shopping, and business opportunities. The Lockridge Forest Civic Association (LFCA) invites all residents, whether homeowner or renters, to join LFCA at an annual cost of $35. LFCA is not a homeowners association (HOA) and does not enforce restrictive covenants. Instead, the Association's commitment is to enhance the quality of life within the neighborhood by encouraging social interaction.
Your voluntary membership helps us to provide:
  • Maintenance of our two subdivision entrances
  • A website as a resource for community information
  • Operation of our C.O.P.S. program to promote police involvement in our neighborhood
  • Welcome package for new residents
  • Outreach program
  • Lockridge Forest Directory for members
  • Annual banner honoring graduating students
In cooperation with the Lockridge Forest Swim & Tennis Club, the Civic Association sponsors a number of annual events, such as Block Parties, Senior Luncheons, Back to School Bash, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade with Frightful Forest, Holiday Celebration, and Christmas Caroling. This year, we have designed a promotion piece that realtors can use to show what a great community we live in; it will be given to prospective homeowners and neighbors just coming into the neighborhood. To view the piece, simply go to http://LFCA/LFST promotion piece 2017. We hope you'll join the Lockridge Forest Civic Association and begin enjoying the benefits of community waiting here for you. Welcome home!
The City of Peachtree Corners has provided leadership, community development, and responsive government since its founding since its beginning several years ago. Its informative council and planning meetings are open to the public and are posted at its website of peachtreecornersga.gov. The City of Dunwoody likewise maintains a website to provide information on a number of topics of interest to its residents; the address is www.dunwoodyga.gov.
